All payments made for event registrations, tickets, workshops, or any related services through this website are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Once a ticket or registration has been successfully purchased, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the participant is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that any event, workshop, or activity is cancelled, postponed, suspended, or delayed for any reason, no refunds shall be issued. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation, postponement, suspension, or delay.

It is the responsibility of the participant to regularly check the official website or authorized communication channels for updates regarding event schedules, changes, or cancellations. While reasonable efforts may be made to notify registered participants, timely notification is not guaranteed.

Refunds will also not be provided in cases where a participant is denied entry or removed from an event due to violation of event rules, code of conduct, safety regulations, or unacceptable behavior.

Any fees paid for processing, handling, or administrative purposes are non-refundable under all circumstances.
